There was also the need to replace some of the roof covering using reused roof tiles in keeping with the conservation requirements. The project also undertook the refurbishment of 3 office suites, roof light replacement works and renewal of dormer windows throughout the building.

They compromised of repair and redecoration to over 500 internal and external timber sliding sash windows together with repointing and replacement of external stone, repair and redecoration of render, timber elements and leaded lites.
