Overview

Full scaffolding ensured that an extensive clean of the blocks could be undertaken together with repairs to metalwork and windows, replacement spandrel panels, FRA and asbestos works. Additional roof repairs were undertaken on Munday and Nashe Houses together with decorations of communal areas.
The FRA works included the fireboarding and partitioning of the attic spaces.

Extensive refurbishment was undertaken to 3 blocks on the Lawson Estate (Jonson, Greene and Lyly Houses) together with Munday House and Nashe House.
Replacement roofs were completed on the 3 separate blocks from their original 1950 roofs.
