This design and build project undertook the total refurbishment and extension of an existing building to create a 10,000 sq ft community centre and nursery. Works also included a new sub station, new drainage, heating, a new kitchen, toilets to suit the venue together with sustainable features including solar panels on the new flat roof and an air source heat pump.

Working in the Greenwich borough involved conducting a WW11 bomb survey before piling work began.
As well as this, much work went into the design and collaboration to ensure the community were consulted and involved to ensure a finished building.
