This project involved the conversion of a former victorian flooring warehouse into 14 residential units for rent in this central town site.
The demolition of the 1950s extension and outbuildings was required together with the stripping out of the victorian warehouse followed by underpinning of external party walls.

The formation of the 14 units, a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings, was undertaken with an additional 3 storey side extension required. The project also required the renewal of all the utility and main services with the installation of domestic mechanical and electrical systems.
