OVERVIEW
This private residential block, with a commercial ground floor, required essentail refurbishment to the windows and roof. The replacement windows numbered 80 in total and were all made to the specific tilting, sliding and technical specifications for each property.
The work also required the reroofing of the property, including a turret roof, with ridge work and all gutter overlings.

Fascia and downpipe work was also undertaken at the time.
Associated scaffolding for all access together with debris netting was needed for access as required for the project.
All works were guaranteed in accordance with the technical requirements of the refurbishment.
